The 2025 Report on the International Communication Influence of Chinese Cities has just been released in Beijing, naming Fuzhou, Fujian as a “Rising Potential City” of the year. 

In 2024, Fuzhou built cultural "bridges" and curated scenic landscapes that showcased the harmony between mountains and sea. Through diverse exchange platforms — including the “Bond with Kuliang” China–US Youth Exchange Week, the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students, and the Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Fair — the city opened a dynamic “window of ideas” for dialogue between China and the world.
