On November 10, 2020, a delegation of the Secretariat of 21st-Century Maritime Cooperation Committee visited Third Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources to discuss on marine environmental protection, the development of marine economy and international exchanges and cooperation. The two sides had extensive exchanges and discussions on the management of floating marine debris, transformation of technological fruits, and the strengthening of cooperation with ASEAN countries.
