Professor Liu Jingnan, a member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, is now the President of Duke Kunshan University and the director of Research Center of National Satellite Positioning System Engineering Technology. Previously, Professor Liu was the President of Wuhan University and the editorial board member of world famous journal GPS SOLUTIONS. Long been engaged in research and teaching in geodetic surveying, Professor Liu is considered a pioneer in the application of GNSS technology.
