I am an ordinary grass, but I have an extraordinary mission. I am Juncao. Although I was created to cultivate edible and medicinal fungi, I can increase the yield of edible fungi and improve the quality of medicinal fungi. From the laboratory to the table, I am the most ideal "home" for mushrooms. After harvesting mushrooms, my journey has just begun. As feed, I nourish poultry, livestock, fish, and shrimp, saving precious food and building a perfect cycle of plants, animals, and fungi. Eventually I return to the earth to nourish new life, but that's not all. I replace wood, make boards and paper, and protect the forests. I can also be converted into biogas, generating electricity for lighting, serving as a sustainable green energy source. Along the ecologically fragile banks of the Yellow River, my roots go deep underground and firmly lock the water and soil. I am an ecological guardian that works fast, costs little, and delivers strong results. Starting from China, I have already taken root in more than 100 countries, helping people reduce poverty, control desertification and develop a green economy. I am Juncao, a blade of grass, a green dream and a gift to the earth.
