Amity between the people holds the key to sound state-to-state relations. Every stone step on Kuliang and every ripple of the Minjiang River tells the same story: friendship can cross mountains and seas, and transcend time and space. On November 8, the China-U.S. co-produced documentary Dear Kuliang will be specially screened at the Chinese American Film Festival and Chinese American TV Festival, and will make its global TV premiere on Southeast TV at 8:30 p.m. on November 10.
