With the theme of "Carrying the Dreams of Humanity to New Horizons", the conference will be a high-level event for international exchanges and cooperation in the field of world marine equipment. Activities during the conference are designed according to the structure of "1+6+1+N", namely 1 opening ceremony and main forum, 6 themed forums, 1 achievement exhibition and multiple simultaneous activities. So far preparations for each activitie are progressing smoothly. 

Organizations, experts and scholars, and responsible persons of famous enterprises in the field of marine equipment will be invited to attend the opening ceremony and main forum and make keynote speeches. 3 out of 6 sub-forums are comprehensive forums related to technical and cultural infrastructure, which are Asian Shipbuilding Technology Forum, International Deep-water Port Construction Forum and World Maritime Civilization Exchange and Mutual Learning Forum. The other 3 are professional forums in key fields of application, which are Deep-sea and Far-sea Aquaculture Equipment and Industry Ecological Forum, Green and Intelligent Development of Inland Ships Forum , and International Boat Industry Development Forum. 

Up to now, more than 300 important guests have been invited to attend the forum. 

A number of events will be held concurrently, including China Marine Equipment Expo and Marine Equipment Industry Chain and Supply Chain Ecological Conference hosted by China State Shipbuilding Cooperation, Marine Economy Cooperation and Innovation Development Conference hosted by the People's Government of Fujian Province, and Fujian Marine Culture Exhibition hosted by the Fuzhou Municipal People's Government. 

Among them, the Marine Economy Cooperation and Innovation Development Conference will witness the signing of major marine economy projects, Fujian's achievements in the development of marine economy and key investment attraction direction in equipment field, promotion of key parks and enterprises. 

The ship display will be held in Qingzhou operation area, Mawei District, Fuzhou Port as a featured activity. Vessels such as Coast Guard 06, Dong Hai Jiu 115 and Xuelong Antarctic Research And Support Vessel will be displayed on site.
